PHDElite is completely dedicated to mentor research scholars and always eager to deliver in time. Every mentee is important to us and before starting projects, we discuss and commit the complete project flow. After your acceptance, we kick-off.

Within 48 hours of your confirmation, we assign the mentor and start execute the project. In case of refund, mentee should confirm within 24 hour of confirmation.

PHDELITE does not itself collect or store financial account numbers or identification issued by a governmental entity, employer, or other authority. Instead, if you choose to make a purchase on the PHDELITE Site, for example a Verified Certificate, you will be directed to PHDELITE's third-party payment processor and PHDELITE’s third-party ID verification service provider. If you do not wish to submit the required authentication or payment information, then you will not be able to obtain a certificate via the PHDELITE Site.

We will only collect your personal information where we are satisfied that we have an appropriate legal basis to do so. Subject to your consent if required by law, we may collect the following types of personal information about you as relevant to the Services with which you are engaging:

. Identifiers such as your name or account name
. Contact information including telephone number, email address, or postal address
. Username and password
. Education information
. Your user activity including access and purchase history
. Information about the products and services we provide to you
. Information about your preferences including marketing preferences

. Information you provide when you participate in any blog, community or forum on our Sites Geolocation

As per our refund policy, we always try to understand the reasons for a refund request. Please note that we may require a documented proof from your side as to why the refund request is made. Your request for refund will be processed as per these Terms within the Refund Period.

We will refund 100% of the payment made in the following cases:

The Project has not been assigned to a mentor. After confirmation, the project will be assigned to a mentor within 48 hours. So, after your confirmation, within 24 hours refund is possible.

2. No refund is possible in the following cases:
After starting the project:
In case if the project has been assigned to the mentor and the work is in progress, no refund will be issued.
In case if the writer has started the project and the committed hours are already released to the writer, no refund will be issued. This is because the writer who is working on your project should get compensation for the work.

After completion of the project:
We have qualified experts well equipped to meet your specific requirement, we are always eager to support you with your project.
In case if the writer has completed paper, no refund will be issued
After getting the complete work, you will not be able to raise for refund; however, we provide unlimited revisions based on your instructor’s feedback
